基于供应链视角的黄磏站石碴运输组织优化研究

石碴作为常见的建筑材料,是建筑产业依赖的建筑原料之一。黄磏站作为重庆市办理石碴运输的重要车站,以其毗邻长江的区位优势,石碴运输量日渐增加,在阐述黄磏站石碴运输组织现状的基础上,分析黄磏站石碴运输组织存在的问题,通过构建黄磏站石碴运输组织SCOR模型,以供应链视角,结合目前供应链模型中各个环节出现的问题,从托运环节、承运环节、收货环节、搬出环节和生产环节提出黄磏站石碴运输组织优化对策,以有效提高黄磏站石碴运输组织效率,带动重庆市乃至西南地区的建筑产业的健康发展,为黄磏站有效融入铁水联运体系打下坚实基础。

A Supply-Chain-Perspective Study on the Strategies to Improve Ballat Transportation Organization at the Huangqian Railway Station

As a kind of common building material, ballast is one of the building materials that the construction industry relies on. With its location advantage being adjacent to Yangtze River, Huangqian Railway Station is transporting ballast in large volume, as an important station for ballast transportation in Chongqing. Based on an overview of the current situation of ballast transportation organization at Huangqian station, this paper studies the existing problems. To address the problems existing at various links of the current supply chain, this paper sets up the SCOR model from the supply chain perspective. To effectively improve the efficiency of ballast transportation organization at the station which will lay a solid foundation for the station to effectively integrate itself into the rail-water intermodal transportation network, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies for various links of ballast transportation, including consignment, transport, receiving, moving out and production, which are expected to facilitate the healthy growth of the construction industry in Chongqing and even in Southwest China.
