| 摘 要： | 欧盟铁路系统互通性技术规范(TSI)是根据欧盟铁路系统互通性指令要求,由欧盟铁路局组织制定的技术法规,涵盖欧盟铁路系统各专业领域的技术规范和合格评定相关规定。解析欧盟铁路系统互通性指令和欧盟铁路系统互通性技术规范(TSI)的主要内容,并以欧盟铁路系统"基础设施"子系统互通性技术规范为例予以分析说明,对完善我国铁路技术规范和合格评定体系具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The technical specifications for interoperability(TSI)of the rail system in the European Union(EU)are technical regulations formulated by the European Union Agency for Railways according to the directive on the interop⁃erability of the rail system within EU,which cover the technical specifications and relevant rules on conformity assess⁃ment in various professional fields of the rail system.This paper analyzes the main contents of the directive on the in⁃teroperability of the rail system and the TSI of the rail system within the EU,and takes the technical specifications for interoperability relating to the"infrastructure"subsystem as an example.It is of great significance for the improve⁃ment of China's railway technical specifications and conformity assessment system. |
