银川机场黄河特大桥临时支墩布置方案比选

摘    要:银川至西安铁路客运专线银川机场黄河特大桥为连续钢桁柔性拱桥。钢桁梁采用架梁吊机由中跨向边跨对称悬臂拼装,为避免钢梁悬臂过长,有必要在边跨设置临时支墩。建立了银川机场黄河特大桥的有限元模型,对其悬拼架设施工过程进行仿真计算,分析采用2种不同的边跨临时墩布置方案时钢梁的整体受力。研究结果表明,当采用边跨三支墩方案时钢桁梁的受力和变形优于采用边跨双支墩方案,满足施工要求。

Abstract:Yinchuan Airport Yellow River Super Large Bridge on Yinchuan-Xi’an railway passenger dedicated line is a continuous steel truss flexible arch bridge.The steel truss girder is assembled symmetrically from middle span to side span by girder erecting crane.It is necessary to set temporary piers in the side span in order to avoid the long cantilever of steel girder.The finite element model of Yinchuan Airport Yellow River Super Large Bridge was established,and the simulation calculation of its cantilever erection construction process was carried out.The overall stress of steel girder was analyzed when two kinds of side span temporary pier arrangement schemes were adopted.The research results show that the stress and deformation of the steel truss girder are better than that of the side span double piers scheme when the three piers scheme is adopted,which can meet the construction requirements.
