摘    要:由于西南山区地质条件复杂,日益增多的隧道仰拱隆起病害已严重威胁到高速铁路的安全运营。某客专隧道全长8 075 m,设计速度250 km/h,采用双块式无砟轨道。建成通车后,K690+755~K690+835区段道床板出现不同程度的隆起,引起无砟轨道板开裂,并导致线路动态不良,影响列车运营安全。经过地质勘探及现场调查,表明高地应力条件下的软岩大变形是造成病害的主要原因。采用"锚杆锚索加固、注浆加固、引导排水、加强监测"的综合方案对病害段开展整治工作,并通过对锚杆锚索开展实时监测获取隧道底部岩层力学特性,可为工程整治效果分析评价提供数据支撑。

Abstract:Due to the complex geological conditions in the mountainous areas of southwest China, the increasing number of tunnel uplift defects have seriously threatened the safe operation of high-speed railway. The length of a special tunnel on a passenger dedicated railway line is 8 075 m, the designed speed is 250 km/h, and the double-block ballastless track is adopted. When the railway line is put into use after completion, K690+755~K690+835 section of the road bed board suffers varying degrees of uplift, which causes the cracking of ballastless track plate and poor dynamic performance of the track, and affects the safety of train operation. The results of geological exploration and field investigation show that large deformation of soft rock under high ground stress is the main cause of the defect. The comprehensive program of "anchor cable reinforcement, grouting reinforcement, guiding drainage and strengthening monitoring" is employed to carry out the renovation of the damaged section, and the mechanical properties of rock strata at the bottom of the tunnel are identified through real-time monitoring of anchor cable, which can provide data support for the analysis and evaluation of engineering renovation effect.
