摘    要:曲线通过性能分析是转向架设计的基础之一。使用多体系统动力学软件建立悬挂式单轨列车-轨道系统60自由度动力学模型,模型考虑轮胎-轨道接触非线性,空气弹簧和抗横摆减震器弹簧非线性。模拟悬挂式单轨列车通过曲线轨道时导向轮与轨道间法向接触力的动态变化过程,研究了空气弹簧水平刚度和轨距变化对转向架曲线通过性能的影响。结果表明:悬挂式单轨列车转向架具有不同于传统轨道车辆的曲线通过形态;空气弹簧水平刚度对转向架的曲线通过形态和导向轮法向接触力有显著的影响,水平刚度为0.01 MN/m时,相较于水平刚度0.1 MN/m,最大导向轮轨法向接触力可减小63.2%;轨距变化对转向架的曲线通过性能影响不明显,减小空气弹簧水平刚度可改善转向架的曲线通过性能。

Abstract:Curve negotiation performance analysis is one of the foundations of bogie design.A multi-body dynamic model of the suspended monorail-track system with 60 degrees of freedom is established with a multi-body dynamic software.The nonlinear contact between the tire and the track,the nonlinearity of air spring and anti-swing damper are considered in this model.The dynamic response of a suspended monorail train negotiating a curve track is simulated.The dynamic process of the normal contact force between the steering wheel and the track is analyzed.The effect of the bogie rotational stiffness and the widening of the track gauge on the curve negotiation performance of the suspended monorail trains is investigated.The results show:the curve negotiating form of the suspended monorail trains is different from that of the traditional track vehicles.The horizontal stiffness of the air spring has a high impact on the bogie curve negotiating form and the normal contact force between the steering wheel and the track.When the horizontal stiffness is 0.01 MN/m,the maximum normal contact force between the steering wheel and the track can be reduced by 63.2%compared with that when the horizontal stiffness is 0.1 MN/m.The influence of gauge change on the curve negotiation performance of bogies is not obvious.However,reducing the horizontal stiffness of air spring can improve the curve negotiation performance of bogies.
