高速铁路预应力混凝土桥梁预制装配整体式桥面系性能研究

摘    要:基于我国高速铁路装配式桥梁发展现状和应用前景,为了进一步提升桥梁建造工业化水平,对预应力混凝土桥梁预制拼装桥面系附属结构进行系统研究。通过设计优化,提出一种边墙-电缆槽-防护墙一体化预制装配整体式桥面系设计方案;通过工艺试验,对构件预制、预埋套筒定位、构件吊装、砂浆垫层施工等关键施工技术进行方案优化;最后通过足尺模型试验验证预制装配整体式桥面系在脱轨荷载作用下的力学性能,并通过极限承载力试验进行装配式结构安全性检测。研究成果在京雄城际铁路得以应用,为高速铁路桥梁装配化发展提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:Based on the development of the high-speed railway fabricated bridges in China, the prefabricated attachment structure of the PC bridge deck is researched to improve the industrialized construction level. Firstly, a kind of integrated structure system composed of side wall, cable channel and protection wall is introduced. Then, some key technologies such as the precasting of members, locating of embedded sleeves, hoisting of members, and the construction of the mortar subcrust, are optimized by technological experiments. Finally, the stress behavior under derailment force and the ultimate bearing capacity of the precast integrated deck system are verified by means of full-scale model test. The results indicate that the prefabricated deck system has good performance in both service and ultimate states. The integrated deck system has been used in Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway, which provides a good sample for the fabrication technology of the high-speed railway construction.
