北京地铁线路轨道不平顺谱分析

摘    要:研究目的:轨道不平顺谱(简称"轨道谱")是评价轨道状态的重要指标,同时也是指导轨道结构与机车车辆设计的关键参数。本文通过计算北京地铁6条线路的轨道谱,分析、验证轨道谱的概率分布,并对轨道谱进行对比分析与拟合计算,从而揭示轨道谱的统计特征与评估线路整体的轨道平顺性。研究结论:(1)北京地铁线路轨道谱近似服从χ^2(2)分布;(2)各线路的高低和轨向谱均存在空间频率为0.04 m^-1整数倍及0.376 m^-1的窄带谱峰,部分线路存在空间频率为0.3~0.4 m^-1的宽带谱峰;(3)北京地铁整体上轨道平顺状态较好,新建线路的轨道平顺性优于早期线路;(4)利用高铁无砟轨道谱公式通过最小二乘法计算得到了北京地铁轨道谱的拟合系数;(5)本研究成果能够用于指导轨道状态评估与地铁线路设计,同时还可为其他城市地铁线路轨道谱的研究提供参考。

Abstract:Research purposes:Track irregularity spectrum(abbreviated as"track spectrum")is an important evaluation index for track state and a key parameter for the design of the track structure and the rolling stock.By calculating the track spectrum of six Beijing subway lines,the probability distribution of track spectrum was analyzed and verified,and the calculated spectrum was then compared and fitted,so as to reveal the statistical characteristics of track spectrum and evaluate the overall track smoothness of subway lines.Research conclusions:(1)The track spectrum of Beijing subway lines approximately subjects to theχ^2(2)distribution.(2)The profile and alignment spectrum has narrow band spectral peaks at spatial frequency of 0.04 m^-1 integer multiples and 0.376 m^-1,and there is a broad band spectral peak between 0.3~0.4 m^-1 in the spectrum of some lines.(3)The smoothness of Beijing subway lines is good in general,and the smoothness of new lines is better than that of early-built lines.(4)The fitting coefficients of track spectrum of Beijing subway are obtained by using the formula of high-speed ballastless track spectrum through least square method.(5)The research results can be used to guide the evaluation of track state and the design of subway lines,and can also provide reference for the track spectrum research of the subway lines in other cities.
