公路路基工作区深度和路基压实的探讨

摘    要:分析了路基在自重和荷载作用下的受力状态,阐明了公路土质路基工作区的深度和公路路面结构层当量厚度的计算方法,结构层厚度对路基工作区的深度具有较大影响,结构层越厚,公路路基中工作区深度越小。示例结合尼日利亚的典型路面形式,计算路基工作区深度和路面当量厚度,探讨工作区范围内的路基压实控制,以及路基压实规范在尼日利亚的适用性。对于天然土基不适合做填料时,应先计算此段路基的工作区深度,并以此为依据控制换填深度。根据工作区深度,编制工作区范围内的压实控制表格,做好路基填筑规划,并以此控制施工,可确保路基施工具有较好的质量和路基稳定性,在路基施工中具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the stress of the subgrade under its dead weight and vehicle's load,illustrated the computational method of highway subgrade working area depth and equivalent thickness of pavement structure layers,the thickness of pavement structure layers has great favorable influence on the subgrade working area depth,the pavement structure layer is thicker,the working area depth in the soil subgrade is accordingly smaller.Combining with the typical pavement structure of Nigeria,the paper computed the working area depth and equivalent thickness of pavement structure layers,and explored the subgrade compaction control in the working area and the applicability of China's subgrade compaction specification in Nigeria.When the natural soil is not suitable for filling,the replacement filling control depth should base on the the working area depth.By making the subgrade filling plan and the compaction control table based on working area depth to guide the construction of the subgrade,the construction quality and the subgrade stability can be ensured,it has certain guiding significance in subgrade construction.
