便携式无砟轨道板测温靶标研制及应用

摘    要:为满足无砟轨道板温度高速动态测量系统测温标定的需求,研制了便携式无砟轨道板测温靶标,用于模拟轨道板温度辐射特性。介绍了无砟轨道板测温靶标的本体、加热制冷及温度控制模块、防结霜模块的研制方案,设计了无砟轨道板测温靶标的测试试验。测试结果表明,无砟轨道板测温靶标可实现-40~60℃温度控制,误差小于0.5℃,温度稳定性好,可用于无砟轨道板温度高速动态测量系统的测温标定。

Abstract:Based on the requirements of temperature measurement calibration of high speed dynamic temperaturemeasurement system for ballastless track slab,a portable temperature measurement target for ballastless track slab wasdeveloped to simulate the temperature radiation characteristics of track slab.This paper introduced the developmentscheme of the temperature measurement target of ballastless track slab,including its body,heating and cooling,temperature control and anti-frosting key module,and designed the test of temperature measurement target forballastless track slab.The test results show that the temperature measurement target of ballastless track slab can realizethe temperature control from-40℃to 60℃,the error is less than 0.5℃,and the temperature stability is good.It can beused for the calibration of high speed dynamic temperature measurement system for ballastless track slab.
