轨道交通智能限界检测技术研发及应用

摘    要:传统的限界检测仪存在检测时间长、安全性低、数据采集效率不高等缺点。本文介绍一种集激光扫描设备、高清影像设备、里程计等多类传感器于一体的轨道小车多传感器动态精密测量装置,阐述基于高清影像数据的轨道断面高精度、高密度数据采集方法,针对不同的应用场景采集不同的空间信息,实现超限位置里程、影像、侵限数据同步记录,并支持数据导出形成数据报告,为提升铁路客运专线的安全性提供技术支持。

Abstract:The traditional gauge detector has the disadvantages of long detection time,low security and low efficiency of data acquisition.In this paper,the author introduces a multi-sensor dynamic precise measurement device for rail car,which integrates laser scanning equipment,high-definition image equipment,mileage and other kinds of sensors.In addition,the author presents a high-precision and high-density data acquisition method for rail section on the basis of highdefinition image data,which can realize the synchronous recording of over-limit position mileage,image and intrusion data according to different application scenes.It can support data export to form data report and provide technical support for improving the safety of railway and passenger dedicated line.
