摘    要:桥架定型弯通是整个电缆桥架系统中为电缆规范敷设提供通道的薄弱环节,规范对电缆弯曲半径有明确要求。本文基于相关规范依据,结合桥架定型弯通中最典型的水平定型弯通和垂直定型弯通,研究各种电缆敷设情况下桥架定型弯通的相关参数和电缆合规敷设之间的影响关系,利用迭代分析法建立了能计算出满足合规敷设的桥架定型弯通最小弯曲宽度值的数学模型,并给出了适用于实际工程应用的计算解决方案。

Abstract:Cable tray elbow is a weak link in the whole cable tray system to provide access for cable compliant laying,the specification has specific requirements for cable bending radius.In this paper,for the most typical horizontal elbow and vertical elbow,the influence is studied between the relevant parameters of cable tray elbow and cable compliant laying under various cable laying conditions,a mathematical model which can calculate the minimum bending width value of the cable tray elbow meeting the compliance laying is established by using the iterative analysis method based on relevant specification.Based on this,the calculation solution for practical engineering applications is presented.
