摘    要:从日常办公管理需要、现场安全生产需要、设备运行安全需要3个方面,阐述构建接触网综合检修列车安全防护体系的背景。根据总体架构,分别阐述接触网综合检修列车安全防护体系中门禁管控子系统、烟雾报警子系统、视频监控子系统、防护对讲广播子系统、列车走行部监测子系统、邻线带电区域警示子系统、维修工具智能管控子系统、受电弓支持绝缘子绝缘监测子系统、车载多媒体会议培训子系统9个子系统的构成与功能。

Abstract:From the daily office management needs, site safety production needs, equipment operation safety needs three aspects, this paper expounds the construction of catenary comprehensive maintenance security & protection system background. According to the overall architecture, respectively in this paper, it introduces the catenary comprehensive overhaul column security & protection system in the access control subsystem, smoke alarm subsystem, video monitoring subsystem, talkback radio subsystem, running trains monitoring subsystem, adjacent line charged areawarning subsystem, maintenance tool intelligent protective control subsystem, pantograph supporting insulator monitoring subsystem,vehicle-mounted multimedia conference trainings ubsystem composition and function of 9 subsystems.
