摘    要:中国铁路上海局集团有限公司自2018年1月27日至2019年1月10日,利用16个施工天窗,圆满完成共计23套GSM-R无线子系统从既有诺基亚核心网割接至上海新建华为核心网,其中包含15套BSC及APN、FAS、PSTN、GRIS系统。主要对上海局无线子系统割接过程中遇到的一个跨局210组呼呼叫失败技术难题,从信令层面、3GPP协议规范进行分析,定位问题原因,列举处理措施,为其他局割接无线子系统时提供经验参考。

Abstract:From January 27, 2018 to January 10, 2019, within 16 construction "skylights", China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd. successfully completed the cutover from the existing Nokia core network to Shanghai newly built Huawei core network for total 23 sets of GSM-R wireless subsystem, including 15 sets of BSC and APN, FAS, PSTN and GRIS. This paper mainly makes analysis on a technical problem that occurred in the process of cutover of wireless subsystem of Shanghai railway bureau, which was the failure of cross bureau 210 group call, from the signaling level and 3 GPP protocol specification, locates the cause of the problem, lists the treatment measures, and provides the experience reference for other bureau for the cutover of wireless subsystem.
