摘    要:针对列车关键部件预防性维修存在欠维修或过维修问题,在传统预防性维修策略基础上,提出一种基于可靠性的列车关键部件机会预防性维修优化模型,该模型考虑部件可靠性对机会维修阈值的影响,通过偏最小二乘回归方法优化机会维修阈值,求解得出最佳预防性维修役龄和机会维修役龄,综合分析机会役龄因子和安全失效概率因子对维修策略的影响,从而达到优化总维修费用的目标。以某地铁公司B型车辆关键部件的记录数据为例,通过对建立的模型进行求解分析,表明采取该检修模式能有效减少固定维修次数、延长检修周期、降低总维修费用、提高列车正线运营率,从而为轨道交通关键部件修程修制的改进提供科学依据和实践参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of inadequate maintenance or excessive maintenance in preventive maintenance of train key components,based on the traditional preventive maintenance strategy,an optimal opportunistic preventive maintenance model for train key components based on reliability was proposed,where the influence of key components reliability on the threshold of opportunity maintenance was considered.The partial least squares regression method was used to optimize the opportunistic maintenance threshold,to obtain the best preventive maintenance service age and opportunistic maintenance service age.The impacts of opportunity age factor and safety failure probability factors on maintenance strategies were comprehensively analyzed,thus reaching the goal of optimizing the total maintenance cost.Based on the recorded data of the key components of Type B vehicle of a subway company,the simulation analysis shows that the maintenance model can effectively reduce the number of fixed maintenance times,extend the maintenance cycle,reduce the total maintenance cost and improve the mainline train operating rate,which provide scientific basis and practical reference for the improvement of repairing system of rail transit.
