城市轨道交通轨道设计接口常见问题探讨

摘    要:城市轨道交通是一项包含了众多不同专业的系统综合性工程,轨道系统与线路、信号、给排水等专业均有密切联系,牵涉专业多,接口关系复杂,成为地铁施工过程中易出现问题的环节。基于既有运营地铁中常见的轨道设计接口问题如道岔两端与平面曲线的距离不足、岔间插入钢轨过短、转辙基坑积水、人防门及防淹门处钢轨支撑间距过大等进行研究,通过对规范条文及工程中实际问题的探讨,结合轨道系统和相关接口专业的特点给出建议。

Abstract:Urban rail transit engineering is a comprehensive system which includes many different specialties. The track system is closely related to the specialties of line, signal, water supply and drainage, involving many specialties and complicated interfaces. Therefore, it has become a link that is prone to problems in the process of metro construction. Based on the common rail design interface problems in existing metro operation, such as insufficient distance curve before or behind the turnout, too short insertion of rails between turnouts, water accumulation in the switch foundation pit, too large spacing of rail support at civil air defence doors and floodproof doors. By discussing the normative provisions and practical problems in engineering, this paper expounds the understanding of these problems, and gives some reasonable suggestions on the design and construction of common rail design interface problems with reference to the characteristics of track system and related interface specialties.
