摘    要:以深圳西乡商业中心旧城旧村改造项目基坑石方爆破工程为依托,针对爆破区域紧邻运营地铁、居民区的复杂环境,爆破振动安全控制要求极其严格,为确保安全,施工初期从施工工艺、施工方法等方面进行了多项减振技术的现场试验,主要在电子雷管延迟间隔设置、减振孔规划、炮孔底部气垫层、爆破作业自由面朝向等方面进行了深入研究,通过爆破振动现场实测值分析减振效果,并对上述各项减振技术进行了量化试验对比分析,获得该爆破施工地质环境条件下可靠的试验数据;在试验数据的支撑下,完善爆破施工技术、工艺、方案,成功地完成了该项目的施工。

Abstract:The engineering background is the foundation pit stone blasting project of the old town and old village reconstruction project of Urban Renewal project of Xi’ xiang commercial center in Shenzhen.For the complex environment where the blasting area is close to the subway and residential areas,the blasting vibration safety control requirements are extremely strict.To ensure safety,a number of field tests of vibration attenuation technology have been carried out in construction technology and construction methods.Also,in-depth research has been conducted in terms of electronic detonator delay interval setting,vibration attenuation hole planning,air cushion at the bottom of the blast hole,and orientation of the blasting free surface.The vibration attenuation effect is analyzed through blasting vibration on-site measured values.Quantitative analysis and comparison of the above-mentioned various vibration attenuation technologies are carried out to obtain reliable test data under the geological environment conditions of the blasting construction.With the support of the test data,blasting construction technology and program are improved.Finally,the project is successfully completed.
