北安至黑河地方铁路升级改造探讨

既有地方铁路升级改造对于促进铁路大动脉的互联互通、带动地方经济增长具有现实意义。在论述北黑铁路现状的基础上,针对北黑铁路存在的薄弱环节,以及项目建设必要性、近远期运量分析,确定北黑铁路扩能改造目标。对北黑铁路升级改造共研究比选了3个方案,即现状电化及闭塞方式改造方案(方案I),电化改造并增开、改移车站方案(方案II),电气化改造、增加会让站同时提高牵引质量方案(方案III)。通过方案比选,方案III为推荐方案。北黑铁路升级改造研究可以为其地方铁路升级改造前期研究提供借鉴。

A Study on the Renovation Plan for the Local Railway from Bei’an to Heihe

Upgrading and reconstruction of the local railways is of practical significance to promote the interconnection of railway arteries and drive local economic growth.Based on an overview of the Bei’an-Heihe Railway focusing on its weaknesses and an analysis of the renovation necessity as well as the short-term and long-term volume prediction,this paper has put forward the objectives of renovation and capacity expansion.To provide research evidence for other renovation projects on local railways,this paper has made comparative studies on three candidate plans:Plan A featuring making no modification on the electrified facilities and implementing renovation in the blocking mode;Plan B featuring renovating the electrified facilities,operating additional trains and renovating and relocating stations;and Plan C featuring renovating the electrified facilities,constructing stations for passing and yielding and improving traction tonnage.The paper has concluded with recommendation of Plan C.
