地铁列车重联贯穿线无线测试装置设计

摘    要:地铁列车组装完成或重新编组后,需要检测列车重联贯穿线导通情况。针对人工检测效率低的问题,设计地铁列车重联贯穿线无线测试装置。无线测试装置由主机和从机2部分组成。主机在列车首端向重联贯穿线发出高/低电平信号,从机在列车尾端检测重联贯穿线高/低电平信号,并通过无线RS232通信接口将检测结果发送至主机,主机自动快速判断重联贯穿线是否正常。采用该装置可以自动快速检测重联贯穿线是否存在故障,检测效率大大提高。

Abstract:After the metro train is assembled or marshalled, it is necessary to check the conduction condition of the re-connecting line of train. In order to solve the issue of low efficiency of manual detection, a wireless testing device is designed. The wireless test device is composed of host and slave. The host will send a high/low level signal to the reconnection line at the head of the train, and the slave will detect the high/low level signal of the reconnection line at the end of the train, and send the detection result to the host through the wireless RS232 communication interface.The host will automatically and quickly determine whether the reconnection line is normal. The device can automatically and quickly detect whether there is a fault in the re-connection threading, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved.
