市域铁路D型车车辆段的设计及创新

摘    要:以温州市域铁路S1线为依托,介绍市域铁路D型车车辆段的设计特点以及创新点。桐岭车辆段作为首座市域D型车车辆段,其与国铁运用所以及地铁车辆段均有所不同。依据市域D型车车辆特点,对其检修模式进行探讨,最终确定基于一到五级的车辆修程修制体系。在此基础上确定桐岭车辆段的总体设计方案,其在修程修制、总平面布置、设备选型以及库内综合管线等方面皆有创新。桐岭车辆段的投入使用,标志着我国市域铁路D型车辆安全运维集成技术已形成,为交流制式市域铁路车辆段的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Depending on the Wenzhou S1 suburban railway, this paper introduces the design features and innovations of the depot of suburban railway D-type vehicle. As the first depot of the suburban D-type vehicle, Tongling Depot is different from the national railways and the subway depot. Based on the characteristics of the D-type vehicle, the vehicle repair system is identified as the first-to-fifth grade according to its maintenance mode. Based on this, the overall design of the Tongling Depot is determined with innovations in repairing, general layout, equipment selection, integrated pipeline and so on. The use of Tongling Depot marks the formation of safety operation and maintenance integration technology for D-type vehicle in suburban railways and provides some references for the design of AC standard suburban railway vehicle depot.
