外端板加强式钢管混凝土柱梁焊接节点受力性能分析

摘    要:针对方形钢管混凝土柱与钢梁穿芯螺栓-加劲端板节点在反复荷载作用下易发生螺栓松动甚至断裂的问题,提出外端板加强式柱梁焊接节点。基于外端板加强式钢管混凝土柱-钢梁焊接节点抗震性能试验结果,运用ABAQUS对其抗震性能进行有限元分析,并与试验结果进行对比,进而对影响该类型节点受力性能的因素予以分析。研究结果表明:有限元分析的节点破坏模式、滞回曲线与试验结果吻合较好;加劲肋对节点的破坏模式、承载力与变形能力影响较大;柱子轴压比与钢梁腹板厚度对节点的承载力与变形能力有一定影响;混凝土强度与外端板厚度对节点承载力与变形能力影响较小。试验研究与有限元分析结果均表明,该类型节点承载力与变形能力等抗震性能指标良好,可在地震设防区应用。

Abstract:Due to the bolts loosening and even fracture of the core bolt and stiffened end plate connection betweensquare concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel beam under cyclic loading,the welded joint reinforced by outerend plate was presented.Based on the test results of the seismic performance of the welded joint reinforced by the outerendplate of concrete-filled steel tube column and steel beam,a finite element analysis model of this type joint wasestablished to analyze the seismic behavior by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The finite element analysisresults were compared with the test results,and the factors affecting the mechanical performance of the joints wereanalyzed.The results show that the failure mode and hysteretic curve of the finite element analysis is in good agreementwith the test results.The stiffener has a greater impact on the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity ofthe joint.The axial compression ratio of the column and the thickness of the steel beam web have a certain impact on thebearing capacity and deformation capacity of the joint.The concrete strength and the thickness of the outer endplatehave a smaller impact on the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the joint.The results of test and finite elementanalysis show that the seismic performance of the joint,in terms of bearing capacity and deformation capacity,aresatisfying and this joint can be used in seismic fortification area.
