高速铁路无砟轨道拨轨换板技术

摘    要:结合高速铁路天窗特点,通过方案比选分析拨轨更换无砟轨道板方案的可行性和优越性.为研究拨轨更换轨道板方案中钢轨的受力特性,建立有限元模型,计算分析扣件松开长度、施工作业温度和线路曲线半径对钢轨内部Mises等效应力的影响.结果表明,在扣件松开长度大于70 m的情况下,一般作业温度及曲线区段均具备开展拨轨更换轨道板作业的条件.利用轨道板更换一体化装备在试验线开展拨轨更换无砟轨道板施工,结果表明:装备性能可靠,作业衔接流畅,时间可控;施工过程中钢轨应力状态安全;拨轨更换轨道板能更好地满足高速铁路天窗内更换轨道板的需求.

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of high speed railway maintenance window,the feasibility and superiority of the scheme of replacing ballastless track slab by track shifting were analyzed through scheme comparison and selection.In order to study the stress characteristics of the rail in the scheme of track slab replacement by track shifting,a finite element model was established to calculate and analyze the influence of the loosening length of fastener,construction temperature and curve radius on the Mises equivalent stress in the rail.The results show that when the loosening length of fastener is more than 70 m,the general operation temperature and curve section have the conditions to carry out track slab replacement by track shifting.The integrated equipment of track slab replacement was used to carry out the construction of replacing ballastless track slab by track shifting on the test line.The results show that equipment performance is reliable,operation connection is smooth and time is controllable,rail stress state is safe during construction,and the track slab replacement by rail shifting can better meet the demand of replacing track slab in high speed railway maintenance window.
