活性稀释剂对环氧树脂快速修复材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用环氧树脂主剂、缩水甘油醚类活性稀释剂、改性胺固化剂、消泡剂和防老化剂制备环氧树脂快速修复材料,测试活性稀释剂对环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,缩水甘油醚类活性稀释剂可明显降低环氧树脂主剂黏度,提高环氧树脂快速修复材料柔顺性,但过掺会导致其严重缓凝和力学强度下降;环氧官能度为2的缩水甘油醚类活性稀释剂对环氧树脂快速修复材料反应速度和力学性能影响最小;当1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚的掺量为20%时环氧树脂快速修复材料综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The effect of reactive diluent on the performance of epoxy resin was investigated by testing on epoxy resin rapid repairing material,which was made from epoxy resin as the main agent,glycidyl ether reactive diluent,modified amine curing agent,defoamer and anti-aging agent.The results show that the viscosity of epoxy resin is obviously reduced by adding glycidyl ether reactive diluent and consequently the flexibility of epoxy resin rapid repairing material is improved.However,excessive glycidyl ether reactive diluent will lead to serious retardation and mechanical strength reduction for epoxy resin.The glycidyl ether reactive diluent with diepoxy functionality has the least effect on the reaction rate and mechanical properties of epoxy resin rapid repairing material.The epoxy resin rapid repairing material with 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether shows the best comprehensive performance,when the blending amount is 20%.
