| 摘 要： | 技术标准是企业开展产品设计、制造、经营等技术活动必须遵循的依据和准则。结合中车戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所有限公司多年的标准化工作,论述企业实施技术标准过程中的有效版本问题。针对执行技术标准有效版本管控存在的问题,提出对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The technical standard is the basis and criterion that the enterprise must follow to carry out the product design,manufacture,management and other technical activities.Based on the standardization work of CRRC Qishuy⁃an Locomotive&Rolling Stock Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,this article discusses the issues of effective⁃ness during the implementation of technical standard.In view of the issues existing in the implementation of effective version management and control of technical standards,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
