摘    要:随着我国桥梁施工技术的不断发展,严寒地区的连续梁混凝土质量控制尤为重要。本文结合新建牡佳铁路客运专线跨佳富铁路1号特大桥连续梁施工,对具体的连续梁冬施质量控制措施进行阐述:有针对性地从冬施前所需材料、设备的准备,到混凝土拌和站保温和生产措施,再到冬季钢筋加工质量控制,最后在冬季混凝土灌注和养护方面的控制措施等方面进行详细的叙述。同时本项目全程应用BIM模型设计软件将连续梁施工转化为三维模型,并运用到施工中,对连续梁施工进行可视化仿真,查找差、错、漏、碰并及时修改,将连续梁冬施中容易发生的质量问题和有效的避免措施以三维的形式进行展示,最后应用三维模型进行可视化3D技术交底,使设计图纸和施工工艺表达得更直观更贴切。

Abstract:With the continuous development of bridge construction technology in our country,the quality control of continuous beam concrete construction in winter is particularly important in severe cold area.In this paper,combined with the construction of continuous beam of No.1 super large bridge crossing Jiafu Railway of new Mudanjiang-Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line,the concrete quality control measures of continuous winter construction were described.In addition,the four aspects were elaborated targeted from the preparation of materials and equipment required before winter construction,the concrete mixing station insulation and production measures,the winter steel processing quality control,and control measures for concrete pouring and maintenance in the winter.At the same time,BIM model design software was applied in the whole process of the project to transform the continuous beam construction into three-dimensional model,and it was used to carry out visual simulation for the continuous beam construction,find out the difference,error,omission,collision and modify them in time,for the purpose of displaying the quality problems and effective avoidance measures that were easy to occur in the winter construction of the continuous beam in three-dimensional form,and finally applying the three-dimensional model to carry out visual 3 D.Technical disclosure could make the design drawings and construction process more intuitive and appropriate.
