普速铁路钢轨伤损的分布规律

摘    要:根据上海局提供的钢轨库、伤损库、曲线库、运量库以及2004—2016年间上道及下道线路钢轨情况,对局管内京沪线、沪杭线及全局普速铁路钢轨伤损情况进行了全面统计分析。结果表明:京沪线和沪杭线的主要伤损类型为焊接伤损、核伤和孔裂,控制钢轨伤损主要是提高铝热焊和气压焊的焊接质量以及胶结绝缘接头质量,按目标廓形对钢轨进行周期性打磨;冬季钢轨伤损率明显大于夏季钢轨伤损率;站区线路每公里钢轨平均伤损量是区间线路的6.5倍;每公里钢轨伤损量与累计通过总质量呈二次函数关系,累计通过总质量8~10亿t时钢轨垂磨量约为3.5~4.5 mm,远未达到钢轨垂磨重伤标准11 mm。

Abstract:According to the rail warehouse,failure warehouse,curve warehouse,traffic volume warehouse provided by Shanghai Railway Bureau,as well as the rail situation of upper and lower tracks from 2004 to 2016,the rail failure situation of Beijing-Shanghai railway,Shanghai-Hangzhou railway and general speed railway in the administration of Shanghai Railway Bureau was comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the main failure types of BeijingShanghai railway and Shanghai-Hangzhou railway are welding damage,nuclear damage and hole crack.The control of rail failure is to improve the welding quality of thermit welding and gas pressure welding and the quality of cemented insulation joint,and periodically grind the rail according to the target profile.The rail failure rate in winter is significantly higher than that in summer,and the average rail failure per kilometer in station line is 6.5 times the rail failure in section line.There is a quadratic function relationship between the rail failure per kilometer and the cumulative total passing mass.When the cumulative total passing mass is 800 million to 1 billion tons,the rail vertical wear is about 3.5~4.5 mm,which is far from reaching the rail vertical wear serious failure standard of 11 mm.
