兰州新区精细化工园区铁路专用线接轨方案

摘    要:兰州新区精细化工园区位于兰州新区西北部,是一座具有国际先进水平的绿色化工园区。为满足兰州新区精细化工园区日益增长的货运需求,分析兰州新区精细化工园区现状及货运量预测情况,确定西小川站为铁路专用线接轨车站,设置装卸区线路布置方案,从线路长度及线路条件、拆迁及征地、施工难度和预估投资4个方面对铁路专用线接轨方案进行比选,最终采用方案Ⅱ-1。兰州新区精细化工园区铁路专用线建成后,可以吸引企业入驻园区,打造国际一流的综合性绿色化工产业基地。

Abstract:The fine chemical industrial park, located in the northwest of the Lanzhou new district, is a green chemical industrial park with cutting-edge technologies. To meet the park’s growing demand for freight transportation, this paper has proposed the Xixiaochuan Railway Station to be the connection station for the special railway line, based on overview of the park’s general conditions and the freight volume forecast. In addition, this paper has also put forward the layout of the loading area while recommending Plan II-1 as the connection plan for the railway of exclusive use based on its comparative study about the proposals in terms of railway length and conditions, removing and land acquisition, construction difficulty and estimated investment. This paper concludes that the special railway line is expected to help the park which uses green technology, attract investors and businesses around the world and become a top chemical industry base.
