摘    要:基于BIM的参数化设计策略,对其参数驱动模型的生成进行探讨。先通过对比分析,研究参数信息的存储与传递机制;然后基于信息传递的拓扑关系构建模型,以实现参数化设计。研究表明:利用设计逻辑拓扑关系固化设计经验以及可视化编程技术,将几何学和计算机学的基本理论与工程实际相结合,可实现四个基于BIM的参数化设计应用策略--逻辑复制、延迟深化、条件预判以及控制简化。以京张BIM设计为例,验证四条应用策略的必要性和可行性。实践证明,参数化设计策略对BIM设计发展具有促进作用。

Abstract:Based on BIM parametric design strategy,this paper discusses the way of generating model with parameter driving.Firstly,research the storage and exchange mechanism.Then construct the parametric model based on the topological relation of information exchange to realize parametric design.The research shows that four BIM based parametric design application strategies-logic replication,delay deepening,conditional prediction and control simplification-can be realized by combining basic theories of geometry and computer science with engineering practice.Taking the BIM design of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway project as an example to verify the necessity and feasibility of four application strategies.Practice has proved that parametric design strategy can promote the development of BIM design.
