摘    要:针对C3、CBTC模式存在的地面信号亮红灯(或灭灯)与ATP命令不一致问题,提出新的显示绿闪及点灯电路,解释其含义。分析重载移动闭塞CBTC模式转为LKJ模式影响行车安全的因素,给出重载移动闭塞系统可靠性拓扑图,计算出常态开灯与常态灭灯CBTC系统的可靠性值,得出常态开灯比常态灭灯可靠性高。

Abstract:Aiming at red light on(or lighting-off) of trackside signal existed in CTCS-3 and CBTC mode is different from ATP command, this paper proposes new green flashing and lighting circuit, to explain its meaning. This paper analyzes factors which has influence on train operation safety for the transition from CBTC mode to LKJ mode in heavy haul moving block, provides reliability topological graph of heavy haul moving block, and calculates reliability value for normal light up and light off, to obtain the conclusion that the reliability of normal light on is higher than that of normal light off.
