| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the purpose of the universal tool microscope,main technical index and basic measurement method,this paper points out that the application of measuring the linewidth and the external dimension of the sample measuring instruments in the verification.It introduces the concrete methods of stability examination,verification or calibration results verification of measurement standard using universal tool microscope as the main standard of sample measuring instrument. |
