西青区间下穿火车站过街通道综合施工技术

摘    要:西镇站-青岛站区间矿山法隧道近距离下穿火车站地下过街通道,最小净距2.7 m,地质条件差,隧道施工影响过街通道及地下管线正常使用及安全。通过采用超前帷幕注浆加固、分段分次爆破、自动化监测等综合施工技术,隧道开挖支护顺利通过了地下过街通道,并保证了地下过街通道及地下管线的安全。

Abstract:The tunnel excavated by mining method between Xizhen Station and Qingdao Station underpasses the underground street passage of the railway station with a short distance of 2.7 m minimum clear distance.At the same time,the geological conditions are poor,so the tunnel construction will affect the normal use and safety of the underground street passage and the underground pipe.By adopting advanced curtain grouting reinforcement technology,sectional blasting construction technology,automated monitoring technology and other comprehensive construction technology,tunnel excavation support smoothly passes through the underground street passage,and ensures the safety of the underground street passage and the underground pipe.
