易崩解岩石膨胀性试验研究

摘    要:膨胀岩吸水膨胀、失水收缩是造成工程灾害的主要原因之一。采用自主研制的易崩解岩石饱和吸水率测试装置,对不同地区、不同膨胀性的易崩解岩石进行饱和吸水率试验,同时结合自由膨胀率、膨胀力、蒙脱石含量、阳离子交换量等膨胀性指标对岩石进行膨胀性判定。对典型样品通过X射线衍射、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜等测试手段,探究膨胀岩崩解特性及原因。研究表明,采用易崩解岩石饱和吸水率测试装置得到的饱和吸水率能够对岩石的膨胀性进行有效评价。同时发现,试样的矿物组成、结构特征、胶结状态、孔隙率能够很好地反映其膨胀崩解性。

Abstract:The water swelling and drying shrinkage of swelling rock is one of the main causes of engineering disasters.The saturated water absorption test was carried out on different regions and different swelling rocks by using the self-developed testing device for saturated water absorption of easily disintegrating rock.The swellability of rocks were discriminated combined with free swelling rate,swelling force,montmorillonite content and cation exchange capacity.Typical samples were tested by X-ray diffraction,polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope to explore the disintegration characteristics and causes of swelling rock.The research results show that the saturated water absorption obtained by using the self-developed testing device can effectively evaluate the swellability of the rock.And it is found that the mineral compositions,structural characteristics,cementing state and porosity of the sample can reflect the swellability and disintegration property well.
