基于正交设计的水泥基注浆材料配比试验研究

摘    要:应用正交设计方法,以水料比、硫铝酸盐水泥掺量、硅灰掺量定为3个因素,每个因素设置了3个影响水平,按照正交表共计设计9组配比方案,并经由试验得到不同配比下注浆材料的出机流动度、90 min流动度、12 h抗压强度、1 d抗压强度、28 d抗压强度。采用极差分析,确定各影响因素敏感性,绘制直观分析图反映各因素对注浆材料流动度、抗压强度的影响,分析了各因素对注浆材料性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:当水料比为0.19,硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为13%,硅灰掺量为7%时水泥基注浆材料浆体出机流动度为385 mm,90 min流动度为350 mm,12 h抗压强度为4.8 MPa,1 d抗压强度为23.3 MPa,28 d抗压强度为86.9 MPa,均满足技术要求。

Abstract:With the orthogonal design method,ratio of water to binder material,sulphoaluminate cement amount and silica fume amount were taken as three factors,and each factor was set at three levels.Nine groups of cement-based grouting materials were designed and tested.The machine fluidity,90 min fluidity,12 h compressive strength,1 d compressive strength and 28 d compressive strength of grouting materials under different mixing ratios were obtained.The sensitivity of each factor was analyzed by the range analysis method.The visual analysis charts of the influence of various factors on the fluidity and compressive strength parameters of grouting materials were made,and the influence law of various factors on the parameters of grouting materials was analyzed.The test results are as follows:when the ratio of water to binder material is 0.19,the sulphoaluminate cement amount is 13%,and the silica fume amount is 7%,the cement-based grouting material has a fluidity of 385 mm,and a 90 min fluidity of 350 mm,the 12 h compressive strength is 4.8 MPa,the 1 d compressive strength is23.3 MPa,the 28 d compressive strength is 86.9 MPa,which all meet the technical requirements of the specification.
