摘    要:随着我国石料开采技术的创新和应用,无爆破切割技术取得了多项研究成果,但目前理论框架体系较为薄弱,诸多较基础的理论研究都没有得到系统地验证。本文以文登抽水蓄能电站为例,结合现场施工实际情况,通过分析探讨洞室圆盘锯切割开挖主要施工工艺与施工方法,并借助有限元软件进行施工过程模拟,得出圆盘锯锯片的相关方程,基于贝塞尔函数求得微分方程的通解;对地下厂房无爆破切割系统进行优化设计,并依此进行无爆破切割系统的安全、环保设计。

Abstract:With the innovation and application of China's rock mining technology,a lot of research results have been achieved in non-blasting cutting technology,but the theoretical framework system is currently very weak,and many conmparative basice theoretical studies have not been systeatically verified.In this article,with the example of Wendeng pumped energy storage power station,the author analyzed and discussed the main construction technology and construction method of eircular disc sawing and excavation of the caverm in combination with the practical engineering,and simulated the construction process by using the finite element software.The related equations of the disc saw blade are obtained based on the Bessel Function to find the general solution of the dfferential equations.The non-blasting cuting sysem of the underground power plant was optimized and the safety and environmental protection design of the system was carried out accordingly.
