摘    要:武汉光谷广场综合体项目建设中,通过新建通道实现了综合体与2号线光谷广场站付费区换乘连通;通过改建通道实现了综合体西端与既有鲁巷广场购物中心、光谷国际广场地下一层连通;通过预留接口实现了珞雄路站与世界城地下一层连通;通过近接开孔实现了综合体与2号线光谷广场站非付费区连通及行车区间连通。4种方式9处连通接驳,整体实现了新建地下大空间与周边既有地下空间的连通接驳,形成了光谷超级地下城,大幅提升了地下空间的使用效率。同时,也为今后城市地下交通枢纽综合体设计及施工积累经验。

Abstract:In the construction of Wuhan Optics Valley Square complex project,the transfer connection between the complex and the paid area of Line 2 Optics Valley Square Station is realized by building the new channel,the western end of the complex is connected with the existing Lu Lane Plaza Shopping Center,Guanggu International Plaza,and the Luxiong Road Station is connected with the underground layer of the World City through the reserved interface.Through the nearconnected opening,the complex and the non-paid area of Line 2 Optics Valley Square Station is connected and the driving range is connected.By nine connections in four ways,it realizes the connection between the new underground large space and the surrounding existing underground space as a whole,forming the Optics Valley super underground city,and greatly improving the efficiency of the underground space.Meanwhile,it accumulates experience for the design and construction of urban underground transportation hub complex in the future.
