摘    要:少数地铁车辆通过缓和曲线时会出现高度阀偏离安装位置或其安装座损坏的现象。基于车辆动力学理论,采用SIMPACK动力学仿真软件建立了车辆动力学模型,研究车辆通过曲线段时动力学性能指标的变化规律,进而分析高度阀偏离安装位置等异常现象出现的原因。结果表明:轮轨力的突变发生在缓和曲线过渡段,并且随着缓和曲线过渡段长度的增加轮轨力突变值减小;高度阀偏离安装位置或其安装座损坏主要是由于车辆通过缓和曲线过渡段时产生的异常轮轨力及异常冲击所致,地铁车辆速度为80 km/h时缓和曲线过渡段长度应至少达到3 m。

Abstract:When a few metro vehicles pass through the transition curve,the leveling valve will deviate from the installation position or the installation seat will be damaged.Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics,a vehicle dynamics model was established by using the SIMPACK dynamic simulation software.The change rule of dynamic performance index was studied when the vehicle passes through the curve section,and then the causes of abnormal phenomena such as leveling valve deviating from the installation position was analyzed.The results show that the abrupt change of wheel rail force occurs in connection area of transition curve,and the abrupt change value of wheel rail force decreases with the increase of connection area length of transition curve.The deviation of the leveling valve from the installation position or the damage of its installation seat is mainly caused by the abnormal wheel rail force and abnormal impact when the vehicle passes through the connection area of transition curve,and the connection area length of transition curve shall be at least 3 m when the speed of metro vehicles is 80 km/h.
