地面电子单元和应答器出厂自动测试技术研究

摘    要:针对当前地面电子单元和应答器设备批量生产使用的出厂检验方式,提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统方案。该方案使用虚拟仪器后台编程,对采集到的信号进行包括眼图在内的信号特征分析和测算。使用PXI类高速总线搭建高集成度测试平台,可以达到通过一次信号采集实现多次计算分析的效果,操作简便、测算精确,可进一步消除人为误差并提高效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the current mode of delivery inspection of lineside electronic unit and tran-sponder equipment in mass production,a scheme of automatic test system based on virtual in-strument technology is proposed,in which the virtual instrument is used in background program-ming to analyze and calculate the characteristics of the signals including eye map.Meanwhile,PX1 high speed bus test equipment is used to build a highly integrated test platform so that multi-ple calculations can be conducted to achieve analysis results based on once signal acquisition.This scheme is simple in operation and accurate in measurement can further eliminate human errors and improve efficiency.
