东北及蒙东地区铁路大型养路机械检修基地选址方案及检修台位规模研究

摘    要:随着铁路建设快速发展,为保证铁路运输安全,铁路基础设施养护维修采用大型养路机械作业,各铁路局大机配属数量也进一步增长。为满足东北及蒙东地区大机检修,提高大机使用效率,减少大机检修回送时间,节省运营养护维修成本,结合全路已建成的大机检修基地位置和东北地区路网规划布局,根据修程修制相关要求,合理计算东北及蒙东地区各规划年度所需大机数量,利用数值科学分析大机检修需求,通过理论计算和工程建设相结合的分析方法确定选址位置及规模标准。从运输生产实际需求出发,合理研究建设必要性,通过分析计算确定基地检修台位和规模,对铁路运营系统中的动车、机车、车辆、工电检修车等移动设施装备检修基地扩建或选址新建等提供理论依据和工程参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of railway construction, large-scale road maintenance machines are used for maintenance and repairing of railway infrastructure to ensure the safety of railway transportation. The number of big machines allocated to all railway bureaus are increased. In order to meet the large-scale maintenance of the Northeast and Mengdong regions, improve the efficiency of big machines, reduce the time for inspection and return, and save operating maintenance costs, this paper calculates reasonable quantity of big machines demands in each planning year in Northeast China and East Mongolia according to the requirement of repairing process and repairing system based on the locations of the big machines maintenance bases built by the railways and the layout of the road network in the Northeast region. The site locations and the scale criteria are determined by the method of combining theoretical calculation with engineering construction. This paper, according to the actual demands of transportation production, studies the necessity of construction and determines the base maintenance platform and scale through analysis and calculation. The paper also provides theoretical basis and engineering reference for the expansion of existing or construction of new mobile facilities and equipment maintenance bases in railway operation system, such as EMU, locomotives, vehicles, industrial and electrical maintenance cars.
