重载铁路100m长75kg/m钢轨普通平车装运方案研究

增加钢轨定尺长度可以减少钢轨焊接接头数量,降低焊接成本,提高重载铁路运行平稳性、安全性和可靠性。随着钢轨轧制技术的升级,重载铁路75 kg/m钢轨的定尺长度由75m增加至100m。为解决此类钢轨的运输问题,从车辆及座架安装位置、装载加固装置方面设计普通平车装运方案,计算车辆承重、横向力、座架结构强度及钢轨加固强度。通过现场试验,测试装运方案的装载加固性能、车辆承重、车辆动力学性能、地面小半径曲线和道岔轮轨动力响应,比较分析100 m长75 kg/m钢轨普通平车装运方案的经济效益。理论和试验结果均表明,提出的装运方案满足实际运输要求。

A Study on the Loading Plan of the Regular Flat Cars for Heavy Railways on the 100m-long 75kg/m Steel Rail

Increasing the length of rail fixed length can reduce the number of rail welded joints, reduce the welding cost, and improve the stability, safety, and reliability of heavy-duty railway operation. With the upgrading of rail rolling technology, the fixed length of 75 kg/m rail of the heavy haul railway is increased from 75 m to 100 m. To facilitate transportation on the lengthened rail, this paper puts forward the loading plan for the regular flat cars focusing on the installation positions of cars, frame and reinforcing devices, which is supported with carload bearing, lateral force, structural strength of frame and rail reinforcement strength. This paper comparatively studies the economic effects of the proposed loading plan through carrying out field tests to measure the loading and strengthening performance, car load bearing, dynamic car performance, small radius curve of the ground, and dynamic response of wheel and rail. This paper concludes that the proposal meets the actual transportation requirements according to both the theoretical and experimental results.
