裕溪口抑尘站作业流程及设备配置优化方案研究

为贯彻落实中国国家铁路集团有限公司关于煤炭运输抑尘的有关规定,需要加快提升裕溪口抑尘站煤炭抑尘质量,推进裕溪口抑尘站标准化建设。在阐述近年来铁路煤炭抑尘发展的方针、政策,以及裕溪口煤炭抑尘工作现状的基础上,通过分析裕溪口抑尘站作业流程现状和设备配置存在问题,针对裕溪口抑尘站作业流程提出优化方案,从补强设施设备短板、规范抑尘剂配制溶度、提高作业人员素质、加强道床整治和废液处理4个方面,提出对裕溪口抑尘站设备配置优化方案,为铁路抑尘相关作业提供借鉴。

A Study on the Workflow and Equipment Layout Improvement Plan at the Yuxikou Dust Suppression Station

To abide by the rules and regulations on dust suppression of coal railway transportation by China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,we promote the implementation of the relevant standards and norms at Yuxikou Dust Suppression Station,which is expected to improve its work efficiency.Based on an overview of the recent policies and regulations and the current conditions at the station,this paper studies the existing problems in its workflow and equipment layout.To provide evidence to dust suppression operations,we also put forward an improvement plan that includes four aspects:upgrading equipment and devices,regulating on the solubility of the dust depressor,strengthening personnel training,and improving track bed renovation and liquid waste disposal.
