摘    要:我国现有动车组技术条件规定了速度350 km/h及以下速度等级动车组的制动距离,对于更高运行速度的动车组,国内外均还未有制动减速度参数和制动距离标准。由于动车组的制动动能与速度的平方成正比,动车组在更高运用速度时,施加空气制动会产生更大的热负荷,现有的制动盘的耐热裂性能和抗热衰退性能无法满足。在分析速度350 km/h中标准动车组的制动距离、控制减速度等参数基础上,讨论了初速度400 km/h的制动距离参数,对于初速度400 km/h的纯空气紧急制动EB和UB,分别提出两种制动控制减速度方案,并进行了热负荷计算和制动距离校核,对比之后,给出了合理的方案建议。

Abstract:The existing technical conditions of EMUs in our country stipulate the braking distance of EMUs with speeds of 350 kilometers per hour and lower speed.For higher speed EMUs,there are no braking deceleration parameters and braking distance standards in domestic and abroad.During the braking process,kinetic energy of EMU is proportional to the square of the speed,the application of pneumatic brake will produce greater thermal load at higher operating speed,and the existing brake disc thermal crack resistance and thermal degradation resistance can not be satisfied.Based on the analysis of braking distance and control deceleration of standard EMU at 350 km/h,this paper discusses the braking distance parameters of 400 km/h initial speed.For pneumatic braking EB and UB with 400 km/h initial speed,two braking control deceleration schemes are proposed respectively,and the thermal load calculation and braking distance checking are carried out.After comparison,the reasonable scheme and the braking distance checking are given in this paper.
