老旧客车车底利旧改造方案

Research on Retrofit Technology for Old Imported Train of Type 18

Through the sample of reconstruction of the original imported train of type 18,some fundamental technological problems about reconstruction of existing old train are studied.The technical reconstruction work is divided into three parts:reconstruction of infrastructure,reconstruction of basic facilities,reconstruction of soft adornment design etc.Some Technical parameters should be recalculated,such as the kinetic parameters,intensity parameters and the parameters of the brake system.The reconstruction work include retrofit of perfect electrical facilities,retrofit of the advanced air-conditioning systems and retrofit of the advanced information systems,etc.The reconstruction project also completed a customized and modularization soft adornment design according to the need of customer.After the reconstruction,with perfect functional facilities,high quality service and price with obvious advantages,the train created a lot economic benefits for the Railway Travel Agency.
