全预制轨下结构拼装绿色施工技术研究

摘    要:隧道内部轨下结构施工大多根据实际情况采用全部现浇的形式或采用结构构件预制与现浇相结合的结构体系,而在国内轨下结构全预制拼装的施工方法尚属空白。依托京张铁路清华园隧道工程,研究出一种全新的盾构隧道轨下结构采用全预制拼装的节能环保绿色施工技术,本文详细阐述预制件的整个拼装过程,并与部分预制的实例效果进行对比。实践证明,轨下结构全预制技术机械化作业程度更高,资源消耗更少,同时还具有减少扬尘、降低噪声、减少固体废弃物产生等环保效果。

Abstract:In light of the actual situation of different tunnels,the construction of the internal under-rail in the tunnel is mostly completed by the way of cast-in-place or the combined structural system of the prefabrication of the structural members and cast-in-place construction.However,the construction method of full prefabrication and assembly in the domestic under-rail structure is still blank.In this paper,a new energy-saving and environmentally-friendly green construction method is studied with the example of the newly-built Tsinghua Park Tunnel Project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway.The under-rail structure of the shield tunnel is constructed by full prefabrication.This article will describe the entire assembly process of the prefabricated parts,and by comparison with some prefabricated examples,the full prefabrication technology of the under-rail structure has higher level of mechanization operation and less resource consumption,while reducing dust,noise,and solid waste generation.
