摘    要:本文提出一种适用于斜井无轨运输供电系统的架空接触网,重点介绍其组成和不同净空高度下的悬挂方案,以及在线路岔口处刚性线岔的结构组成及其控制。该接触网系统是由安装在特殊悬挂支撑复合绝缘子上的正极轨、负极轨和接地导向轨组成的一种倒三角结构形式的三轨式架空刚性接触网,并针对斜井低净空、超低净空和高净空三种情况分别提出具体的悬挂方案。为实现无轨电车在线路交岔口的自动切换,提出了利用气动系统配合PLC电动控制的新型刚性线岔,并详细论述其结构组成及其控制流程。

Abstract:A new type of Overhead Contact System(OCS)used in power supply system for trackless transportation in the inclined shaft is presented.The structure and suspension scheme of OCS at place with different clearance,and the structure and control mode of rigid switch at the fork are mainly introduced.A special three-track overhead rigid contact system,with triangle-inverted structure composed of positive current collection rail,negative current collection rail and grounding guide rail installed on the special suspension support composite insulator,is proposed.And detailed suspension schemes are proposed for the inclined shaft with low clearance,ultra-low clearance and high clearance respectively.In order to transfer the locomotive from one track to another at the crossing of inclined shaft line,a new type of rigid switch with pneumatic and electric control based on PLC,is introduced.The structure and control flow of the rigid switch are discussed in detail.
