隧道衬砌养护台车设计及研究

隧道衬砌结构病害严重影响着隧道运营安全。衬砌混凝土浇筑属于大体积混凝土浇筑,所以如果不能及时进行养护,可能会导致混凝土表面开裂等病害出现。衬砌混凝土养护需要选择合理的养护方式,并且能够实现对养护温度、湿度和时间等智能控制,从而提高隧道衬砌混凝土施工质量。依托京张高铁某隧道工程,研发出一种用于隧道衬砌养护的专用设备—隧道衬砌养护台车。该设备能够实现养护区域内温度、湿度智能控制,满足混凝土养护对于温度和湿度的要求,从而可以提高隧道衬砌养护质量。通过工程实践,与传统养护制度对比,衬砌经养护台车养护后,表面强度提高百分比达到预期,碳化深度明显降低。

Design and Research of Tunnel Lining Curing Trolley

The safety of tunnel operation is seriously affected by the diseases of tunnel lining structure.Lining concrete amount is large subordinating to mass concrete,therefore,concrete surface cracking and other diseases may be occurred if it can't be cured in time.In order to improve the construction quality of tunnel lining concrete,it is necessary to choose a reasonable maintenance mode and to control the maintenance temperature,humidity and time intelligently.Relying on a tunnel project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway,a special equipment for tunnel lining maintenance,tunnel lining maintenance trolley,is developed.The equipment can realize the intelligent control of temperature and humidity in the maintenance area,meet the requirements of concrete maintenance for temperature and humidity,and improve the quality of tunnel lining maintenance.After the lining is cured by the maintenance trolley,the increase percentage of the surface strength reaches the expectation,and the carbonation depth is obviously reduced by compared with the traditional maintenance system in the engineering project.
