电动扭矩扳手校准结果测量不确定度分析

通过对电动扭矩扳手校准过程的试验分析,研究影响电动扭矩扳手校准过程中不确定度来源。针对高、低扭矩率2种电动扭矩扳手,提出电动扭矩扳手校准结果不确定度影响量,以及测量结果不确定度评定思路和计算方法。以规格型号为100 N·m的电动扭矩扳手校准为例,对其不确定度开展评定。

Analysis of Uncertainty in Measurement of Calibration Result of Electric Torque Wrench

Through the experimental analysis of the calibration process of electric torque wrench, the source of uncertainty affecting the calibration process of electric torque wrench is studied. Aiming at the two types of electric torque wrenches with high and low torque rates, the influence of the uncertainty of the calibration results of electric torque wrenches and the evaluation ideas and calculation methods of the uncertainty of the measurement results are proposed, and the uncertainty of the calibration results of electric torque wrenches with specifications of 100 N·m is evaluated.
