雾霾环境动车组车顶绝缘子积污特性研究

摘    要:雾霾是雾和霾的组合,空气中的霾会对车顶绝缘子的积污造成影响,而空气中的雾沉降在绝缘子表面润湿绝缘子表面污秽,增大了车顶绝缘子发生污闪的几率。以FQJG2-30/16型车顶绝缘子为试验对象,分析高速气流雾霾环境下雾霾颗粒在绝缘子表面上的受力情况,认为水滴的黏附力是雾霾环境绝缘子表面积污的一个重要影响因素,建立高速气流雾霾环境绝缘子表面雾霾颗粒沉积仿真模型,并通过人工气候室开展不同气流速度下人工模拟雾霾环境绝缘子积污试验,揭示不同风速下雾霾环境对车顶绝缘子积污的影响特性。仿真和试验结果表明:不同气流速度情况下,车顶绝缘子表面积污存在差异。雾霾环境下绝缘子积污量高于非雾霾环境积污量,随着风速的增加雾霾环境积污量与非雾霾环境积污量接近,这是由于高速气流带走绝缘子表面大量水滴造成的。

Abstract:Fog haze is a combination of fog and haze. The haze in the air contaminates the roof insulator and the fog in the air settles on the surface of the insulator to wet the contamination of the insulator, which increase the flashing possibility of the roof insulator. In this paper, the FQJG2-30/16 roof insulator is used as the test object, and the force of the haze particles on the surface of the insulator in high-speed airflow fog-haze environment is analyzed. It is considered that the adhesion of the water droplet is an important factor influencing insulator surface contamination in frog-haze environment. A simulation model of fog-haze particle deposition on the surface of the high-speed airflow fog-haze insulator is established, and the artificial climatic chamber is used to simulate the fog-haze environment and investigate the contamination of insulators, which reveals the influence of the fog-haze environment on the roof insulators subject different airflow speeds. The simulation and experimental results show that there are differences in surface contamination of roof insulators subject to different airflow speeds. The amount of contamination accumulated on the insulator in fog-haze environment is higher than that in non-fog-haze environment. As the wind speed increases, the amount of contamination in smog environment is close to that in non-smog environment. This is caused by the high-speed airflow taking away a large amount of water droplets on the surface of the insulator.
