摘    要:以北京市大兴国际机场线工程为研究背景,对直径9.0 m级的土压平衡盾构与一般地铁常规盾构(直径6.2 m左右),从设备基本参数以及施工工作特性等方面进行对比分析,利用现场实测数据(30组地表沉降监测数据以及10组建筑物沉降监测数据),对直径9.0 m级的盾构暗挖施工引起的地表及建筑物沉降变形规律进行分析研究,并对其地层损失率、沉降槽宽度系数等沉降特征参数进行反演分析研究。以上工作可以为获得可靠的地表变形预测提供方法参数基础,同时可以为9.0 m级土压平衡盾构隧道的设计、施工及其优化提供可靠技术支撑。

Abstract:With reference to Beijing Daxing International Airport Express, comparative analysis of medium-sized EPB shield of 9 m diameter and typical small-sized metro shields of about 6 diameter is conducted in terms of basic equipment parameters and construction characteristics. Based on this, by using field measured data(30 sets of ground subsidence monitoring data and 10 sets of building subsidence monitoring data), the law of settlement deformation of ground surface and buildings caused by the construction of medium-sized shield tunneling of 9 m diameter are analyzed and studied, and the settlement characteristic parameters such as stratum loss rate and settlement trough width coefficient are back analyzed. The above activities can provide a method parameter basis for obtaining reliable surface deformation prediction, and also provide reliable technical support for the design, construction and optimization of medium-sized EPB shield tunnels.
