摘    要:针对CED300型受电弓,进行疲劳强度研究,采用ANSYS软件为计算工具,基于DVS 1608标准方法和ERRI B12/RP17报告提出的多轴应力向单轴应力转化方法实现对受电弓上臂焊缝疲劳强度的评价。对两种方法的评价结果进行分析,找出上臂的危险焊缝,为今后该型受电弓局部结构优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper researches the fatigue strength of CED300 pantograph produced by Beijing CRRC CED Company.The weld fatigue strength of pantograph upper arm is evaluated by the DVS1608 method and the method from Report ERRI B 12/RP17 that transforms multi-axial stress into uniaxial stress.The dangerous welds are located by comparing the results of the two methods,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the local structure of the pantograph in the future.
