呼和浩特局集团公司货运安全信息分析系统设计探讨

在铁路货运安全信息管理的过程中,存在信息来源分散、信息共享程度低、风险类别多样等问题,为充分体现安全信息分析的前瞻性、预见性、针对性,在阐述呼和浩特局集团公司货运安全信息分析工作现状的基础上,针对存在的问题对货运安全信息分析系统架构进行设计,以实现货运安全信息分析系统功能,即:图形化显示、风险分级管控、安全信息的集中管理、综合运用等功能,实现对货运安全信息的全方位、全过程管理,形成调查分析、追踪整改、巩固提高、闭环管理的管理局面,提高预警和风险防控的针对性和有效性,提高铁路货运安全管理和监控水平。

A Study on the Freight Security Information Analysis System for Hohhot Railway Group

In the process of railway freight safety information management,there exist such problems as disperse information sources,low degree of information sharing and diversity of risk categories.To take the the advantages of security information analysis including foresightedness,predictability and pertinence,based on an overview on the current conditions at Hohhot Group in terms of its freight security information analysis,this paper has put forward an information analysis system on freight security which is functional in graphical display,hierarchical risk control and centralized management and comprehensive application of security information.With the application of this proposed system,Hohhot Group will be able to carry out all-round,whole-process and closed-loop management on freight safety information with the capacity to implement investigation and analysis,following-up rectification and consolidation and improvement.This paper has concluded that the proposed system will improve railway freight security management and surveillance with improved early warning and risk prevention and control capacities.
