基于CAN总线的闸机结构及部件优化设计

摘    要:通过分析铁路检票闸机的现状及存在的问题,提出了总线制改造的思路;通过对比分析CAN总线与RS-485总线的优缺点,选择基于CAN总线的方案进行闸机的优化设计;最终简化了通行控制逻辑板.减少线缆总长度和接线的数量.进而降低装配、实施和调试的复杂度,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems of railway ticket gates,the idea of using bus system for transformation is put forward.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of CAN bus and RS-485 bus,an optimal design of ticket gates based on CAN bus is selected.Finally,the pass control logic board is simplified,the total length of the cable and the number of wires are reduced,thereby reducing the complexity of assembly,implementation and debugging of ticket gates and good results have been achieved.
